Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about EMIRE frames, lenses, orders, delivery, and care.
Frames & fit
How do I choose the right frame size?
Compare the measurements shown on the product page with a pair that already fits you well. The overall width, bridge, and temple length all influence comfort. If you are unsure, an optician can help confirm the most suitable fit.
What do the three numbers on a frame mean?
They usually indicate lens width, bridge width, and temple length in millimetres—for example, 52–18–145. These measurements are a useful reference when comparing frames.
Can EMIRE frames be fitted with prescription lenses?
Many EMIRE frames may be fitted with prescription lenses. Compatibility depends on the model, your prescription, and the lens selected. Please ask a qualified optician to assess the frame before replacing its original lenses.
Which lenses are supplied with each model?
Lens specifications vary by model. The product page identifies the relevant characteristics and, where applicable, the lens maker. A feature such as polarization should only be assumed when it is expressly stated.
Orders
How do I place an order?
Choose your frame, select the available options, add it to your cart, and complete checkout. An order confirmation is sent to the email address provided after successful validation.
Are the products shown online immediately available?
Availability is updated on the website but may change quickly, particularly for limited pieces. If an item can no longer be ordered, this will be indicated on the product page or during checkout.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We will check its status, but a change or cancellation cannot be guaranteed once preparation or shipment has begun.
How can I track my order?
When tracking is available, you will receive an email after dispatch with the carrier’s details and tracking link. You can also review your order from your EMIRE account.
Delivery & returns
Does EMIRE deliver internationally?
EMIRE serves a selection of international destinations. The available delivery methods, costs, and any destination restrictions are displayed at checkout after you enter your address.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery depends on the destination and carrier. The information shown at checkout is the best estimate available at the time of purchase. Customs processing may add time for some international orders.
How do I request a return?
Contact our team with your order reference before sending anything back. We will confirm eligibility, the return address, and the procedure applicable to your purchase. Please also consult our current terms and conditions.
What should I do if my parcel arrives damaged?
Contact us promptly and keep the packaging. Include your order number and clear photographs of the parcel and product so that our team can assess the situation and assist you.
Care & authenticity
How should I clean and store my glasses?
Rinse away dust when possible, then use a clean microfibre cloth and a product intended for optical lenses. Avoid household cleaners, abrasive materials, and excessive heat. Store the frame in its case when not in use.
My frame needs adjusting—what should I do?
For alignment, temple, hinge, or nose-pad adjustments, we recommend visiting a qualified optician. Avoid forcing the frame yourself, particularly when it uses titanium, rimless construction, or delicate components.
How can I be sure my EMIRE frame is authentic?
Purchase through emire-eyewear.com or a retailer listed on our Stockists page. If you have doubts about a product, contact us with photographs, its markings, and proof of purchase.
What should I do if I believe my frame has a manufacturing defect?
Contact the original seller with proof of purchase, photographs, and a description of the issue. Each request is assessed under the warranty and legal conditions applicable to the purchase. Accidental damage and normal wear are treated separately.
